Returns & Refunds Policy
Order Cancellation
We can cancel your order as long as it has not yet shipped. Once cancelled, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If the order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible for cancellation requests.
Returns (30 Days)
We offer a 30-day return window after delivery. Returned items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
If your package arrives damaged, please keep all packaging, take photos, and contact us within 7 days at your support email.
Return Shipping Fees
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item), OffiGo covers the return shipping cost.
If returning for personal reasons (changed mind, wrong color/size, no longer needed), customers are responsible for the actual return shipping fee.
Large furniture items may incur high return shipping costs, so please check product details carefully before purchasing.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 days.
