Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

If your order has already shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will help guide you through the return process after delivery.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.

If you would like to return a product for non-quality-related reasons, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our support team after your return request is approved.

Please do not send returns without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-quality-related returns, including changed mind, wrong size selected, no longer needed, or preference-related reasons.

If the return is caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, OffiGo will cover the return shipping cost.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

We will work with you to provide a suitable solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
