OffiGo is committed to providing a reliable and transparent shipping experience for customers across the United States.

Shipping Coverage

OffiGo currently ships within the contiguous United States only (the lower 48 states).

We currently do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations

Order Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–4 business days after the order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Cost

OffiGo offers free standard shipping on most orders within the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Estimated Transit Time

Estimated delivery time within the continental United States is typically 5–8 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Inventory availability
  • Carrier operations
  • Weather conditions
  • Destination location
  • Peak shipping periods or holidays

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through third-party carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other regional delivery partners.

Some large furniture items may ship in multiple packages due to size and packaging requirements.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow carrier tracking updates up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Sales Tax

The final amount displayed at checkout is the amount charged to the customer. No additional sales tax will be added during checkout for eligible orders.

Address Changes & Order Cancellation

If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].

Orders may only be modified or canceled before fulfillment processing begins.

Once an order has entered the shipping process, address changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Shipping Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.

OffiGo is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Refused or unclaimed shipments

If a shipment is returned due to the reasons above, return shipping or reshipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the package and product (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
