This Warranty Policy explains the standard warranty coverage for OffiGo products purchased from OffiGo.com or authorized OffiGo sales channels.

Standard Warranty Coverage

The standard warranty begins from the date of original purchase and applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential or office use.

Single-Motor Height-Adjustable Desk Frame, including metal components, electrical components, and transmission structure 5 Years
Dual-Motor Height-Adjustable Desk Frame, including metal components, electrical components, and transmission structure 10 Years
Board Components, including desktops, cabinets, and similar panel-based parts, covering manufacturing defects only 1 Year
Power Outlets and LED Light Strips 1 Year
Normal Wear and Tear / Damage Caused by Misuse Not Covered

Frame Warranty

For height-adjustable desk frames, the warranty covers the main lifting frame assembly, including the metal frame, electrical components, and transmission structure.

This coverage applies to functional failures caused by manufacturing defects under normal use.

Board Components

Board components include desktops, cabinets, and similar panel-based parts.

The warranty for board components covers manufacturing defects only. Proof of purchase, photos, or videos may be required to help us review the issue.

Power Outlets and LED Light Strips

Power outlets and LED light strips are covered for functional failures caused by manufacturing defects under normal use.

This coverage does not apply to damage caused by overloading, water exposure, unauthorized disassembly, external force, or improper installation.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, dents, stains, or cosmetic damage
  • Color differences or natural aging
  • Incorrect installation or assembly
  • Overloading or improper use
  • Unauthorized modification or repair
  • Damage caused by water, moisture, high temperature, or prolonged sunlight exposure
  • Damage caused during moving, relocation, disassembly, or reassembly
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, external force, or non-original replacement parts

Warranty Service

If your product appears to have a defect covered by this warranty, please contact OffiGo support with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Photos or videos may be requested to help us confirm the problem and provide an appropriate solution.

Depending on the situation, OffiGo may provide replacement parts, repair guidance, or another suitable resolution.
